My name is Jessica.
I came to the Philippines to be with a man I love.
That didn’t work out so well.
Fortunately, I fell in love with the country and it’s a great substitute for my heart.
This blog is all about my experiences, opinions, and discoveries while I explore this beautiful country.
It began after I read a foreign blog boasting about the cheap economy, the easy women and the shitty food….
Needless to say I was a bit miffed with what he was promoting, and set out to share my own experiences.
I am brutally honest, I hold nothing back, and I am proud to consider myself a Filipina at heart.
I have no intention of leaving…I’ve found my forever home.

Thank you for visiting my site. I will read more of your posts and I love life stories about cultures I know nothing about. My current path is to try and show that humanity as more in common than most would like. In those areas we should be able to find acceptance however our minds, all minds, do not find patterns thus form images and actions on similarities but on differences. That is why while we have so much in common we typically react to differences.
Well enough of my ranting, and philosophizing.
I like seeing different points of view, my hope is that your world view will allow my world view to improve.
